The following can be used jointly in the residential complex: outdoor pool, tennis, billiards table, table tennis, table football, barbecue (bricked), fireplace The neighbor is a horse farm with a riding hall.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Windischgarsten Ort, direkt am Fuße des Hausberges Gunst. Das Haus wurde 2016 völlig neu errichtet und ist vollmöbliert. Zentrale Lage mit guter Nähe zum Autobahnanschluss Windischgarsten/Roßleithen (3 Min). Die Skigebiete Hinterstoder und Wurzeralm sowie der Gleinkersee sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Familienfreundliche Aktivitäten: Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern. Unvergesslich werden die Sonnenuntergänge auf der großen Terrasse sein.

The apartment has been lovingly and high-quality restored. Unique to this area, the complex is equipped with swimming pool ,tennis court, sauna,indoor playroom, barbecue and campfire place. The leisurely lift takes you to the 2nd floor and then 1x via the rustic staircase to the 3rd floor.

The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.
