The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Our studio apartment 4+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking.It consists of a big bright bedroom with a king size bed with an additional bed,a second bedroom with three separate beds,a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space,a private bathroom plus an additional toilet and a beautiful balconies which overlook the roofs of Rovinj and have sea-view.Every bedroom and the kitchen have their own balcony.The apartment has free WiFi,TV and Air condition.

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. Amphitheater Arena is 10 minutes away from apartment and also the famous beach near the town Verudela is about 5 km.. The apartment sizes range is 25 m². Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Guests get free of charge use of the towels and linens. On arrival you will receive a keys.
