The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Finns endast ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som går att stänga men finns en sovalkov med en singelsäng (se foto). Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, bädda i soffan samt barnsäng. Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.
