Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/wood stall. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the car park and industry during the day.

Hytta ligger i en kjede med fem andre hytter på toppen av Fagerliveien, et steinkast unna alpinbakken og med kort vei til langrennsløypa. Hytta har: Tre soverom med dobbeltseng (to 1.50-senger og en utslagsseng) samt sovemulighet på hemsen. Stort bad med badstu i underetasjen, toalett i hovedetasjen. Gulvvarme og vedfyring. Garasje med elbillader. Mulighet for hjemmekontor.
