There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The guest house is located on the same plot as the landlord's house. Parking space available 5 meters from the entrance. Washing machine and dryer in the basement of the main house. The guest house is basically an older house from around 1925. The house is well equipped and is a pleasant place to be.
