This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms a new spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna & luxury shower. Amazing patio with sun set, sofa out door dining table and grill. The charming house has mini-theatre, open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball machine , etc The streets are child friendly, beautiful and calm. The garden is amazing w fruit trees and flowers and toys. Bikes to borrow! 5 min walk to subway, 10 min centre.

Longer stays, lodgers, subletting or every other week renting may be possible on request.
