The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area in the courtyard, TV in all rooms, the open floor plan between kitchen and living room provides lovely social areas with space, nice appliances in the kitchen such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric stove. Nicely renovated bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer and heated floor. Bathing facilities are available at a short distance, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
