Welcome to our peaceful farm in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is ideally situated for you to explore the beautiful East Devon countryside, less than 5 minutes from the A30, and only 25 minutes drive from the coast. Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

Come and stay in our Shepherds Hut nestled in the corner of our orchard with sheep grazing away ! Luxury Hot tub . Only a 20 minute drive from Lyme Regis and the beautifull Jurassic coast, there are lots of lovely country pubs and farm shops to eat out at . The Hut has a kitchen with everything you need , a bathroom with a shower , all bedlinen and towells are provided.Outside there is a gas BBQ from May to September, picnic table, chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the view .Adults only Wi-Fi

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. An ideal escape for a couple, Nuthatch is a cosy, tastefully decorated and well equipped holiday home set within the grounds of the owners' property in Stockland within the lovely Blackdown Hills AONB. Dog friendly. Private use of hot tub. You may like to bring your own bathrobes (spa towels are provided). A 20 minute drive from the stunning Jurassic Coast and easy driving distance from the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. There are lots of lovely local walks or cycling routes nearby

The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
