In summer, you will find many nice places for hiking or cycling. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails or a ski slope about 10 km away. There is a playground with a trampoline, a goal or a volleyball net. Relaxation is offered by an outdoor hot tub, which is in operation all year round. In summer, you can sit on the terrace and grill something good, and in winter, you can relax in the winter garden by the fireplace.

The house merges with nature, surrounded by willows and a picturesque pond. We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.
