Fenced parking, a safe place for children, open kitchen with dining room, comfortable large table, fireplace area, exit to the garden. In the garden there is a sauna, fire pit, barbecue, hammock, and trampoline. Every place in the barn has a beautiful view of the trees, sky, mountains and forest. It is an oasis of peace. The horizon of south-facing windows is closed by the unique Table Mountains National Park.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

Chatka Borowka is a true tiny houses trend. It is full of sun, wood and has a view worth one million dollar and abit more. View of green mountains and city lights gleaming far away. Bad weather? You can turn on a projector or enjoy a sauna Chatka Borowka is located at the very border of Giant Mountains National Park and offers unlimited possibilities of relaxing in the open air. Chatka Borowka is a place made for lonely tourists and couples. With a bit of necessary luxury like air condition.

Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. UTRAILOO is a great base for Trutnov Trails, it is right next to them. You will appreciate how we have prepared it here for your bikes!

On a hill between Bardo and Kłodzko stands a charming family-built cabin with a beautiful view, crafted by hand with passion and attention to detail. Perfect for up to 6 guests – it offers 2 boho-style bedrooms, a cozy bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

Come and relax from the hectic life in our cottage in the heart of Podkrkonoší. All comforts from hot water to air conditioning are a matter of course. The glass terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? Forget all your worries in our outdoor year-round hot tub under the open sky!

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.
