The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. During your stay, an oasis of peace and awakening awaits you while the birds sing. You can go to Hříběcí (1 km) or Horní Cerekva (5 km) to buy fresh pastries. In Horní Cerekva there is a beautiful flooded quarry, where you can swim in the summer or you can ride a bike along marked trails to many tourist destinations in the area and in the evening roast a sausage on the fire.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.
