This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Bay Cottage

A quiet place by a quiet bay at the countryside. There is no public transport. The road to our place is a narrow road up the hill towards the mountain Beinisvør. By the town Lopra (before the tunnel to Sumba) you turn right. "Um Hestin". Before the top of the hill, turn left: Víkabyrgi. Our house is the last one on your left side. The Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Top Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, LPH features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and oak wooden flooring. Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

Tranquil Accommodation

A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Unique cozy cottage

Lovely little cottage in a quiet environment, while still only a 25 min walk to the city center of Tórshavn. Free busses drive to the center and the stop is only a 8 min walk away. There are horses, sheep, geese and hens right outside. P.S. This place does not have a formal address. The location on the photo by google maps is correct, but the name of the address is not. Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Cosy cottage next to the ocean facing the fiord

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Suduroy, luxury and cozy house with sea view

My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

Cozy boathouse by the sea

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
