Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The large folding door facing the water means that the property is extended by the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

The beach is shallow, but there are sandbanks about 100 meters out in the water, which can be seen and you can walk out there, at low tide. On the other side of the hill, there's some lovely water. Small black idyllic wooden cottage of 50m2 plus annex, which is not rented out. The cottage is located in quiet summerhouse area - only 300 meters from the water in a scenic area with the possibility of good hikes. The plot is 1200m2, so there's plenty of room for charcoal bins, Viking games, or a game of badminton. When you step out of the driveway, you have a view of the water 300m down the road. Very kid friendly place!
