Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

La Casina is surrounded by greenery. Ideal place for 2 people who love tranquility. Guests can stay in the adjacent veranda, or move to the lawn in the shade of the strawberry tree and enjoy the fabulous view. The Casina is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom, on the upper floor a bedroom and bathroom. The two levels are connected by an external staircase. The view can also be admired from the comfort of your bed thanks to the large windows overlooking the village and the sea.

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.
