This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. το σπίτι είναι παλαιό πέτρινο αρχοντικό στη Καρδαμύλη που χτίστηκε το 1880 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2019. Είναι 75 τ.μ. στη καρδιά του χωριού. Σε δύο επίπεδα, στο ισόγειο στη κεντρική είσοδο του σπιτιού υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, με άνετη ντουζιέρα.
