Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. Charming coach house set in the unique black and white village of Chaddesley Corbett. The coach house has two separate relaxing patio areas overlooking fields, magnificent lawns, koi ponds and stunning landscaped gardens. The village boasts a coffee shop, community orchard, butchers, boutique hairdressers, barbers, village store, and 3 excellent country pubs/restaurants. Also the popular St Cassians Church, a garden centre with coffee shop and Chaddesley Woods is popular with walkers & hikers.

Quiet location on the edge of Stourbridge. sleeps 4 people in 1 double bed and 2 singles. 2 bathrooms. Open plan with fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and log burning stove. Washing machine. Ample parking for up to 3 cars and free wifi. The Barn is right next door to our house and while it is a great place for small family parties it is not suitable for late night parties. The Barn also has wired in smoke alarms, Kitchen fire blanket, liability insurance and carbon monoxide tester

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
