The apartment comes fully furnished, including bed linen and towels (changing the bed linen and towels is the cleaning fee) Includes entrance hall, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Short distance to: Stovner center with all amenities, subway and bus stop, hiking terrain. Parquet in living room and bedroom, tile with heating cable on remaining floors. Private parking for a car. NO CHARGING POSSIBLE.

The apartment is located right next to SNØ and 3 minutes walk from Lørenskog station (Ruter zone 1). Double bed of 160 cm width and sofa bed for 2. Top floor overlooking the forest. At the top of the block there is a fantastic roof terrace, just one floor up. There is also access to a top modern grease trap, and only 100 meters to walk to SNØ. Perfect apartment for a weekend in Oslo, a few days at SNØ or to have a modern place to stay right next to Oslo. Rema and Pizzabakeren 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
