It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

About 3 minutes from the apartment, you will find the Stovnertårnet tower, which offers views over Oslo. Behind Stovnertårnet, you will find Liastua, in a peaceful outdoor area where you can jog and run, cycle, walk or ski when there is snow.
