The place is located right on the waterfront at the entrance to the Lysefjord and is a good starting point for visits to Preikestolen, Kjerag and Flørli, among others. It is 600-700 meters to the quay where the ferry and speedboat go into the Lysefjord. Supermarket is 100 meters from the apartment. It is possible to swim on the beach right outside. We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live, and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this beautiful city! We are a family of 5 with small children living on the upper floor, so some sound from children's feet running across the floor must be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with good beds, spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is free parking in the carport and possibility to charge an electric car.
