Nice apartment with access to boathouse by the sea Hiking trail just below and swimming area 100 meters from. Shops,Restaurants and bakery 2 km from. It takes about 25 minutes by car to stavanger and 25 minutes to the pulpit by car. No smoking and no pets. Kayak can be borrowed Naustate just below the apartment that you can use. Fire pit, table and chairs are also in the boathouse. Grill and garden furniture 18-foot boat with 25 hp can be rented for NOK 2,000 per week. Naust is not available during the period 15.9 2025 to 1.4 2026.

Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this place. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transport. If you are going to visit Pulpit Rock you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to the parking lot and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Great swimming opportunities both in the sea and the river minutes walk from the apartment. Sand volleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is located at the beginning of the Lysefjord, Forsand. A perfect base for a trip to the Pulpit Rock or the Lysefjord ferry,. Rental of boats and kayaks nearby. Pulpit parking 15 km away, The Lysefjord Ferry for Kjerag 800 meters away. 10 meters to the grocery store. In the evening you can sit at the quay and watch the sun go down or just have a relax thime :) We can show you many marked routes / hikes in the Mountains near by. We have a tourist information located 1 km from us.

From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the fjord . The house is located close to Pulpit Rock that it takes 10 minutes by car from apartment ,and 15 minutes to Lyse Fjord that you can get ferry to Kjerag. To get to Cozy Landscape House from Stavanger, it takes 20 minutes by car . In the side of the House there is a free private parking .

Apartment with a view of the Lysefjord can be rented by 5 guests, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds (+1 mattress), living room with dining table/chairs, sofa and table, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry room and small storage room. Great hiking areas nearby, Bergefjellet, Vikastakken, 15 km to Preikestolen, Kjerag 1 hour boat ride away. It is five minutes to walk to Joker shop and ten minutes to walk to Coop Marked - there is also an info board with a lot of tourist information.

Koselig sokkelleilighet med kjøkken, bad, stue og to soverom. Leiligheten er fullt møblert med det en trenger til både klesvask og matlaging. Det er egen terrasse tilknyttet leiligheten, og det finnes også grill og trampoline som fritt kan disponeres. Leiligheten har dere helt alene. Verten bor i etasjen over. Fin natur, nær offentlig badestrand. Ca. 20 min å kjøre til Preikestolområdet. Ca. 30 min. å kjøre til Stavanger sentrum. Rolig og familievennlig.

Great apartment with a view in the Lysefjord view. Good starting point for walks in the area. Grocery store a few meters from the apartment. Simple and peaceful accommodation with a sea view and central location. About 15 minutes by car to the starting point of Pulpit Rock. 1 km to the city center where you will find grocery stores, restaurants etc. Around 100 meters in from bus connection. 350m walk to a great public beach. A small playground directly below the apartment that can be used.
