All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

You will be staying in an apartment in our farm. This also means that you may hear us walking up the stairs and that you can hear us walking on the first floor. The apartment is not large (14 by 5 meters), but the corresponding garden is excellent. Take your own egg from the chicken coop

Het strand 8 km (10min), Schagen (westfriese markt) 5km (10min), Alkmaar (kaasmarkt) 16km (20min),Callantsoog (20min), Bergen (22min) Schoorl (25min), Amsterdam 58 km (50 min). Neem uw huisdier of paard mee! Wij verwelkomen beide graag, dus informeer naar de mogelijkheden.

In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
