There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga. The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.

Attractive 2 bed property in central Kirkwall

Beautifully presented 2 bed house in the heart of historic Kirkwall. After a long day of sightseeing relax in the secluded garden or take a short stroll to one of the many eateries/ pubs that Kirkwall has to offer. No. 25 has a lovely fresh and homely feel to it and is literally a 2 minute walk from St Magnus Cathedral. Its set back from the main street so although very central it's still quiet and peaceful.
