A lovely self-contained studio in Stroud, the market town in the heart of the Five Valleys. Located a stone's throw from Stroud town centre The Annexe is a fully self-contained dwelling in the back garden of our home. Guests have access to the accommodation via the driveway down the side of the house. The Annexe is a studio complete with king size bed and snuggle couch. A kitchenette is built-in with various appliances, and the bathroom offers a medium-sized shower, wash basin and toilet.

A peaceful, rural location in a beautiful area surrounded by farmland. The accommodation is a self-contained private annexe attached to our home with an entrance exclusively for guests’ use. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast pack - milk, bread, juice, butter, jam, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.
