We love the local walks, views and the quintessential little Cotswolds high street only minutes walk from the cottage.

It has strong wifi also making it a tranquil place to work from home.

A spacious & light living, dining, kitchen area. A twin room with zip link beds to create a super king bed, light & airy main bathroom & finally a beautiful mezzanine floor with double bed, the perfect hide away. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor to keep you toasty on a cold evening.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. Close links to the Cotswold way, pubs and shops within walking distance. Parking for several cars. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
