Qui potrai vivere la città con la comodità di una posizione davvero ideale: a soli 300 metri dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, dietro Piazza dell’Unità, e a pochi passi dai luoghi più iconici come il Duomo, gli Uffizi, il Mercato di San Lorenzo e le Cappelle Medicee. Tutto è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata: persino Ponte Vecchio e i Giardini di Boboli distano pochi minuti a piedi.

Entrando ci troviamo in piccolo soggiorno con divano letto e arredamento sobrio in legno. Camera da letto matrimoniale, con armadio, como’ e tutto il necessario. Cucina completamente attrezzata, Bagno con doccia e bidet, tutto completamente ristrutturato, nuovissimo. Sono sicura che starete bene❣️

È composto da tre ampi spazi, di circa 50 m2 ciascuno e alti 7 m, che ospitano rispettivamente una cucina con sala da pranzo, un soggiorno studio, una camera da letto e 2 bagni. Ogni stanza è decorata da affreschi che ricordano la storia dell'appartamento dove nel 1573 fu inventato il genere musicale del Melodramma. L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico, tutte le attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi
