The old farmhouse has been modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets, as well as an updated bathroom, new floor in the living room as well as a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden living room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

In the house, there is a double bed, sofa and coffee table and ladder to a small loft. The house is heated with a wood stove, firewood included. Simple kitchen facilities, but it is possible to cook a hot meal. Toilet and bath in the main house, directly at the entrance from the guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living room/bedroom - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, a three-quarter bed, a sofa bed, a baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in the private laundry room for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment includes two rooms, living room with exit to small balcony, as well as private kitchen and bath. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bedding on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen includes stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle - and of course various utensils and services. Access to washing machine/tumble drier in the basement of the house can be arranged. Entrance through the house entrances, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

There is a heat pump that lightning fast heats the room up or cools it down. The house is located in a summer house area where there is only 400 meters to a lovely beach. There are shopping opportunities in Humlum about 1 km. From Humlum there are also buses and trains.

70 m2 real cottage atmosphere, 50 m2 wooden terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Sleeps 4-6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 2 3/4 beds. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
