This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). A charming cottage a mile from Brimham Rocks, attached to the main farmhouse at "Springhill Getaways"and powered by renewable energy. With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We don’t accept children.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Thompson’s Cottage sits within the garden of our family home, with convenient parking available just next door at the village hall. This cosy, modern space features a bright open‑plan living area with a comfortable king‑size bed, seating for two, a well‑equipped compact kitchen with a pull‑out dining table, and a stylish bathroom with a large walk‑in shower. Sawley is a peaceful village within the Nidderdale AONB, offering a wonderfully central base for exploring the area.
