Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

Shopping facilities, such as Netto, Lidl and Rewe are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a gas station. Just around the corner there is a restaurant Feldschlösschen with German and Greek cuisine.

The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
