A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for extra bed and generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a lax moment in a sunbed. Breakfast includes, among other things, fresh eggs from their own chickens-which also ensures that no one sleeps in the morning. A fantastic place for the soul, endless hiking areas and only 25 mins to the pulse of the center of Gbg.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there's a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.

Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
