The host was friendly at all times, their instructions were accurate and we thank you for having a flexible check-in.

the positive: the space is in the middle of the town. next to the lake within a three minute walk. the town is not a tourist destination but offers and experience of what life is like for the residents. Parking above the stairs is safe and cheap. I liked the location and the hotel but you must understand that it isn't luxurious. it is fine for travelers who are used to staying in a location for a day or two. Everything but restaurants closes by 7pm. Internet was fine. Everyone is nice and helpful in the town if you have questions or need suggestions. the negative: noisy if you do not like noise. Not because of parties or music or cars but due to animals since it is a small town. Water in shower is freezing. Alot of stairs and hills to drive or walk to get around the town. I don't mind but you might.

Elena and her husband were both welcoming and helpful. The first night I was kept awake for about an hour by dogs barking in the neighborhood, but the next night was quiet. The room was clean, and the bathroom and shower were clean and functional.

The stay was more than satisfied. The place is very cozy and spacious. It is accessible to the Road and is close to Mall. Because of the weather in the area it is incredible that they have A/C. We are delighted and with my family we will surely return if God allows.

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Excellent host and facilities, it looks smaller in photos but has a good space, Sandy is very friendly and provides many personal cleaning products 💯 recommended is 3min from the Irtra It's very well equipped 💯🫶🏻

If what you need is a space at a good price to sleep because you are planning to tourist, it is a very good option, it is a few steps from the Mirador and a spa. Walking a quiet step in 15 min you reach the calle de las Sombreros and calle de las sombrillas and of course on the pier that allows you to connect with the villages of Lago Atitlan. Marisol's availability and kindness are exceptional .

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.
