Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. This stone cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake. Have your morning coffee on the front patio or relax in the hammock. Have a barbecue or make a fire in the outdoor stone oven/fireplace or relax at sunset on the brand new mirador. Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

Xela está a menos de una hora de camino, Fuentes Georginas se encuentran ubicadas a 45 minutos y las playas de Champerico y Tulate a una hora de distancia. La casa cuenta con piscina privada, recamaras amplias, un open concept en el área de cocina, comedor y sala. También contamos con un área de trabajo con escritorio e Internet.

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.
