Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

The wild garden, with its variety of flowers, vegetable patches, and hammock, offers a perfect place to unwind. The orchard with Cameroon sheep further enhances your opportunity to spend time undisturbed in nature. The thermal baths are just around the corner, and two swimming lakes are within easy reach. The Zotter Chocolate Factory and Riegersburg Castle are also worth a visit!

Apartment Herzer

This well-designed 50 m² apartment is located just outside the wine town of Leibnitz, in southern Styria. More precisely, in a quiet little village. The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers or couples to spend a lovely time in southern Styria.

Kellerstöckl in Styrian volcano land

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.

Amidst the healthy, pannonic climate, the surrounding nature offers a impressive variety: pheasants, deer, worshippers, small lizards, rare Butterflies and much more. Surrounded by colorful forests, vast meadows and fertile fields, above all, also the lovingly maintained cultural landscape with its vineyards and orchards and of course the excellent gastronomy. A cottage surrounded by greenery, and all for you alone. Surrounded by nature, surrounded by meadows and fields. The house was newly expanded and converted in 2021 and offers 110 m² of living space. The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.
