You live in walking distance to the speedboat quay and it takes only 10 min. until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg center (5 min.) where you will find Devoldfabriken with outlet shops, café, bakery and artisans. Electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities and open-air park with hiking trail. And you have Mount Sula not far away with an accrued mountain path and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips in M&R.

The accommodation is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful area with a short distance to the shopping center (5min) and Ålesund (25 min). Living room with open kitchen solution and hallway renovated in 2024 with soundproofed ceiling, new flooring and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. Newly renovated apartment with separate entrance and two bedrooms. Langevåg city centre and Devoldfabriken can be reached in about 4 minutes by car. Fantastic Sulafjellet is very close. Langevåg offers disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a fast boat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and its own sauna. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and otherwise has what you usually need.

Charming and practical caravan with a beautiful view.

The wagon is idyllically located with a good view. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city centre, 16 by bus. 1/2 minute to the fjord where sea water can rent a rowboat by agreement. Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Lovely view of town and mountains The wagon is equipped with a double bed, a single bed if needed (more than two?), large sofa, single kitchen, toilet, wardrobe and TV. Welcome.

Family friendly house with a view

Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room for fun. The house is a stone's throw from the sea where it's great to swim, light a fire, or the kids' favorite: look for crabs! There is also a short distance to great mountain hikes. Moa shopping center is 7 minutes away by car, and to Ålesund city center it takes 17 minutes by car. The house is brand new with modern decor and practical room solutions. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, and opportunities to borrow a crib and travel crib for children.

Peaceful and cozy apartment in 1st floor of semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Butikksenter. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the sea. By Road to: Ålesund city center 20min MOA shopping center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This one takes about 10 minutes. Then you come straight to the center of Ålesund without a car.
