You can sit in the covered jacuzzi all year round and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. From here you can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2h), Loen with Skylift (1.5h), the bird island Runde, Øye (1h) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5h). Mountain trips on foot and on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (you can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storehouse is over a century old, but has been renovated in several rounds. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is for the exclusive use of you guests, and access to the rest of the main house is restricted. There are 5 litres of water available in the fridge. A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included.
