Exceptional hospitality, convenient location (near the freeway) but still secluded: away from both chaos and light pollution (at night you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye). Very clean apartment and equipped with all the comforts/essentials; despite everything, Antonio and his family are always available to meet any need. Our dog also immediately felt at home and in fact he didn't want to leave, which is rare.

Luca is a very precise, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the home warm and welcoming, and the place very nice. Everything went very well.

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Tom very kind, the I shock had all the necessary comforts even the ice maker, in 4 days we only had a small problem with the hot water resolved in not even 10 minutes, any problem Tom is ready to solve at the moment, perfect breakfast with hot pastes, place outside the perfect time to relax, we could not have found better, place near the village of Catignano where you will find all the necessary services including groceries and pharmacy, surely if there is an opportunity we will come back to visit Tom.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Booked in a hurry due to special personal circumstances, Valentina's place was a great solution for your stay in Pescara. Very helpful host, perfect location in the center with amenities and supermarket in the extreme vicinity (all easily accessible on foot). In the apartment we found all the comforts (thanks to the wifi we were also able to work comfortably in smart-working): in short, we felt at home.

We discovered a beautiful place, full of history and culture. Although it is a small village Isola del Liri offers a wide range of venues of all kinds, and I would also say imaginative. Great food, very nice people with whom we immediately established friendly relationships. Just below the apartment is La Proseccheria, a delightful romantic place where we enjoyed excellent aperitifs with the friendly owners. The apartment, perfect for a couple, is cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. We'll be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

We spent 15 days in Loredana's place out of 10. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Air conditioners present that made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
