At the back is a large 4 ha plot where some biker friends enjoy coming to lay their canvases in the summer. You can enjoy all the space available.

The estate is located 2 km from the village of Sulniac where you will find the shops of necessity (bakery, pharmacy and food...)

I offer my chalet on a closed plot of 550 m2 (barrier that can be locked), quiet and unobstructed. Located 500 m from the 1st beach and about 2 km from the village. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds (one of which is a secure bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) - induction hob - living room (TV), a large bathroom, a small "storage room" with washing machine. Filter coffee maker + Tassimo.
