Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Our wooden chalet is a place with a unique atmosphere, where time stops and life is sweet. It is a cocoon where we like to meet, far from traditional landmarks, where each object has its history and its usefulness. Every moment, every ray of light, every noise or silence is comforting. It's a simple place, where the essentials take precedence with those who really matter. It is located in a privileged environment, a stone's throw from nature and minutes from the ocean.

Our "KER MYAG" cottage

Our chalet is located on the Teno estate, near Arzal. You will find on the private and secure domain: *City park *children's games * ping pong tables *bowling alley *the swimming pool is closed for the winter, it will open for the Easter holidays. Quiet and family-friendly area where everyone can find happiness. We entrust you with our chalet in total autonomy, with a key box. Close to the Arzal Dam, but also to Penestin, Pen Lan and their beaches.

You will have nice holydays in our comfortable 63 m2 chalet between sea, La Vilaine river and coutryside (3 spleepingrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) . Like in a dwelling-house, we offer you a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a vitroceramic plate, a refrigerator-freezer, a barbecue and a coffee machine. You will certainly appreciate the swimmingpool (open from April to October) and sportplaces for kids and adults in our closed park.

Chalet for 6-8 people

Close to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 min from Vannes and 30 min from Rochefort en terre, this wooden chalet, located in a residential park, will be ideal for your next vacation or business trips. Spacious with 3 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and covered terrace, you will enjoy the relaxing calm on the estate. The estate is located 2 km from the village of Sulniac where you will find the shops of necessity (bakery, pharmacy and food...)

Cottage 500 m from the beach

I offer my chalet on a closed plot of 550 m2 (barrier that can be locked), quiet and unobstructed. Located 500 m from the 1st beach and about 2 km from the village. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds (one of which is a secure bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) - induction hob - living room (TV), a large bathroom, a small "storage room" with washing machine. Filter coffee maker + Tassimo.

Gulf Cottage – In the forest & by the sea

Located on a path leading to the ocean and halfway between the Guérandaise peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, our house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our 2 cats are present! They are friendly and love to interact with guests. Remember to feed them during your stay, they also like to enjoy the house. Self check-in/check-out with lockbox.
