Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Luxury Leather sofa and dining area for 2. Smart TV with Netflix The bedroom has double bed with top of the range "Vi Sprung" mattress, "The White Company" Egyptian cotton linen. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. SOUTH FISTRAL COTTAGE is newly built with space and luxury in mind and is nestled in between South Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. A 5 min walk to both. The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.
