Peak View Place rental studio sleeps 4, has beautiful mountain views, an onsite seasonal hot tub and is within walking distance to both Main Street and the Summit Stage shuttle that links Frisco to Breckenridge Ski Resort (11 miles), or Copper Mountain (7 miles). In the winter there's skiing and tubing at Frisco Adventure Park just 1.5 miles away, while for summertime take your SUP or kayak to Frisco Bay is just 1 mile away. This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
