Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

We are happy to invite you to enjoy our remodeled two bedroom, two bath furnished home in the quiet and friendly Sun City West 55+ community. The house has orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit trees providing privacy for the covered back patio.The house is only a few blocks from one of the seven golf courses and one of four rec centers in SCW. We allow one dog which must be on leash outside. This is a non smoking property. Wifi ,local TV stations and streaming TV channels are included.
