We are in walking distance to Sunridge Village which has upmarket stores like a Super Spar, Woolworths, Romans Pizza, San Fernandoes Restaurant to name a few. We are close to the N2 for easy Access to Baywest Mall or the beachfront. Sunridge is a safe neighbourhood and is very peacefull. This unit is at our home and we do have pets.
