Restored fireplace(not in use). 2 beds in a pull-out sofa bed. See pictures. Bathroom Newly built bathroom equipped with old style tiles and clinkers. Access to sauna in agreement with the owner.

Relax in this quiet home directly by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fishing (fishing license required)

Ortsjöns Hästgård

Newly renovated bakery right in the heart of a horse farm. Only 15 km from the E4an, in peaceful setting overlooking both nature and farm life . Close to lake and swimming area. The cottage has all amenities, sleeps 2-3 people. Fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, stove, fridge and baking oven. Towels and bed sheets are included. Upon arrival there are also fresh eggs from the farm in the fridge! If you want to visit the farm's horses or cows, we'll arrange it.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
