Waterfront holiday rentals in Sundsvall

A very charming house and super fresh accommodation. Close to beautiful walking paths, the water, the city, shopping and also the Technichus on the other side of the road -top for us who had it as the main activity. We enjoyed this home very much.

Great place to stay for two. Generous spaces, comfy bed, and a wonderful shower. Perfect for us as we mostly used the apartment for overnight for three days, unfortunately we were only there in the evenings and did not see much of the surroundings. Little things that were positive were coffee, chocolate and spices, you don't get that at all Airbnb…. However, the entrance is a bit awkward if you do not have good balance, at least winter time.

We spent two wonderful and relaxing weeks in this enchanting house and enjoyed life away from civilization. The house offers everything you need. But if you're used to luxury hotels, then this is not the place for you. Since we have been traveling with a backpack and tent for decades, this house was pure luxury for us. If you are looking for an amazing location to explore höga kusten and to have a peaceful vacation with great and caring hosts - this definitely is the place to go! It comes with an amazing view and everything else you'll need, including the feeling of having your "own beach". The house is furnished beautifully and was extremely clean. The kitchen also has everything necessary available. This place is a dream come true for everyone looking for some quiet and peace in the nature with direct access to the water. It's amazing to swim or/and to watch the sunset. There's only one thing better than the location, garden and house: The great hospitality that you'll find here. Mikael and Jean are extremely nice people. They answer every question immediately and share great tips regarding activities. They were very friendly to us and our dog when we met them and even welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine. Overall an absolutely amazing experience!

Journn was an amazing host and the house was super cozy with everything you need. It’s in a beautiful location with a sea view, peaceful and remote—yet just a 20-minute drive to the city. She was also incredibly responsive throughout our stay. One unforgettable moment: we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights lighting up the sky all night long—in late spring! I honestly didn’t expect to see them. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Höga Kusten.
