Well appointed cabin from 2020/1850 at Hestadfjorden

Hytta is 120 sqm and was finished in the spring of 2020 . The cottage has very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 -steps from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, a laundry room and a sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. For fishing for fishing in the water, you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley one comes to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13000 inhabitants

In this place you can dive in the vicinity of everything. 2 min walking distance to the shop. 10 min walking distance to the cross-country ski slope. 5 min by car to the ski lift in Jølster ski center. 5 min walk to unique fishing spots in the lake and river. The house is located right by a public jetty with diving boards, and a small sandy beach for the little ones. Sauna at Jølstraholmen. Perfect distance to take a trip to Astruptunet. Either by car or by bike.
