It is a simple, very quiet place, 2.5 km from the beach and a 5-10 minute drive to Praia Dura, Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas Dias. The house is located in a neighbourhood, not a gated community, but it is a very quiet place. I live next door and will be available. Please respect the quiet hours after 10 pm.
