Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

A private outdoor pool is framed by vibrant flowers and greenery, creating a serene environment. Sun loungers are positioned nearby for relaxation. A wooden bench provides additional seating, and a stone wall adds to the secluded feel of the space.
