Situato a pochi passi (meno 100m) dalle piste di sci in partenza per il Corvatch, adiacente la partenza dei mezzi pubblici, a ridosso del bosco zona di partenza di tanti sentieri e delle piste di sci di fondo. Il lago dista circa 200m. Posizione ineguagliabile in zona tranquilla. Accesso diretto al giardino con spazio riservato, piante e scoiattoli popolano la zona verde. Grande sala, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni.

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.
