Excellent place, would come back more than once. The only thing that maybe personally I would say can improve is having a more modern TV, but it's personal taste. Communication was good and helpful at all times, recommended

Our four day stay at Katia’s was exactly what we needed. Centrally located in San Isidro and with all the amenities listed. We needed to drop off our luggage a bit early and she was super responsive and allowed us to drop off our stuff prior to check-in - thank you! Great value for the location and space.

We visited for 8 days in early April, to attend a professional conference and experience all the magic of and around Lima. It has been 17 years since we last visited, and we really enjoyed all the new restaurants, shopping, and museums! This property was located exactly where we wanted to be, and a great place to be near Miraflores and Barranco. The 24-hour doormen were all so very pleasant, and made getting into the property at any time a breeze. The apartment is beautiful, with a very comfortable master bedroom (perfect mattress, huge closet). Although we did not use the TV room or the upstairs bedroom (nice to have for families!), the upstairs patio is a true gem; we began every day up there -- stretching and enjoying a leisurely coffee. Just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment, particularly for families or two couples traveling together.

We stayed here for a 4 day stay in Lima and it was wonderful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, malls, and most amenities. The apartment was nice and clean and had 4 decent sized bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful, Harold was always attentive to inquiries and was attentive at all times, the apartment complied with everything indicated. Excellent area and easy to arrive. The building staff also super friendly 100% Recommended!! and we will come again.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very nice and clean. Theres a lot of places to eat around, including two cafes connected to the building. Additionally, theres a salon also connected to the front of the building which was perfect as I needed my hair done desperately. A little tip though, schedule a reservation with receptionist for the pool, washing machine room, gym, or the game room as soon as you get there as they are by reservation only I believe. The pool is amazing, it’s clean and has an amazing view. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is in a great location in Miraflores. It has two bedrooms, but I only used one room (the main one). The bed and pillow are incredibly comfortable (really, it was a pleasure to sleep there). The apartment is nicely decorated and very functional and the reception staff is nice and efficient. My experience was 10 out of 10!

Beautiful apartment with ocean view in Miraflores. Modern and spacious. Only issue I had was the internet never worked in the main room/living room so I had to work from one of the smaller rooms. Front desk guy was really helpful. Would stay here again.

Place has a Jacuzzi, and a seperate shower. View's are nice.

Words can not explain how great this place is you just gotta come and see it for yourself I went with my girlfriend and my 23 month old and we had such a great time the pool the jacuzzi the beach but most importantly the place we stayed at was so cozy that made us feel that we lived there the neighbors the tourists that I’ve always bumped to in the elevators I stopped the gym a year ago and I started again thanks to the place everything you need is there and Sandra was such a great host she was flexible she helped a lot she was attentive and so sweet I would give it a 10 out of 5 as a New Yorker wish there was AC but she made work for us with an extra fan so we could sleep cool throughout the night storage space was nice she went the extra mile when I needed her the most so she clutched everything will definitely be back and just like I told Sandra maybe as a neighbor we loved it so much we looking into buying but till then I will stay at her place Sandra thank you so much for everythi

The apartment is located in a quiet place and perfect it is very well equipped. There is hot water all the time it has its pool on the last floor with its jacuzzi for the whole community and it has perfect internet this all nine the bed very comfortable. The truth is that I felt like in my house there and very sure you can book without problem you will like a lot

The treatment and attention was amazing and the details that mark a traveling heart like the note written by the owners and their wishes for a nice vacation.
