This is a quiet and comfortable detached property in a courtyard. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a dining room. The two rooms have 1.5m and 1.35m double beds respectively, plus a sofa bed. It is suitable for two adults and one child. For three adults, one can sleep on the sofa. Both rooms have large wardrobes, computer desks and chairs, and clothes hangers. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and bath towels and slippers are provided. There is also a bathroom in the courtyard for use. There is a separate entrance and exit for guests for their convenience. All rooms in the house have door locks and keys🔑. There is a parking space in front of the house. The house can accommodate three people and is suitable for families, friends and companions. It is comfortable, well-equipped and affordable, making it a good place to stay for travel, holidays and sightseeing. We also welcome long-term guests to enquire about booking (price can be negotiated with preferential terms).

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
