The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Inside, you'll find artwork such as murals and stone carvings of black birds, as well as books and photo collections selected by the host, which you can take your time to enjoy during your stay. * The capacity is 4 people, but if it is only adults, the number of people who can stay comfortably is up to 3 people. * The price shown is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added to the accommodation fee for each additional person.

There is a spiral staircase right in front of you when you enter the front door.You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with exquisite pieces. Feel free to use the spacious living space, atelier space, rooftop bathroom, wood deck, and garden with stone kiln. [Accommodation fee] 1 building fee.Up to 6 people can stay at an even rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, and Airbnb service fees. You can also enjoy trekking using the cable car. The building is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and office chairs, making it ideal for workation. There is no TV, so please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The basic fee is for one person, including use of the sauna. For groups of 2 or more, there is a charge of 6,000 yen for each additional guest. Children 2 years old and under are free of charge. We recommend that you come to our facility by car. Please do your shopping in the area around the station in advance. In addition, day-use hot springs are located about 5 minutes away by car. In 2026, sauna use will be suspended from April to the end of November due to freezing conditions.

Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
