Excellent experience great place to stay very clean and comfortable along with great location I’ll be back.

Had an absolutely lovely stay! An absolutely gorgeous property and a great way to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was clean, easily findable, and the surrounding area was a lot of fun!

Enjoyed the home, clean, lots of room and very peaceful. The back porch was a bonus. Will be back next year for sure.

This was perfect for our stay! It was extremely clean and tidy. It’s in a beautiful location and the outside looks like a small house even though it’s a double wide.

We work in the Madison area and every time we are there we stay at Al's place this place is great location clean and Al's always great to speak with prompt communication.

The place is well maintained and in a neighborhood that is secluded. Wonderful for walks with the dog. The tubing on the river was very relaxing and refreshing. The home was well equipped. There was nothing we needed that was not there. There was even food and drink in the refrigerator, more than enough towels, dishes and flatware. We used the fire pit and the evening was very relaxing.

This place was awesome, I loved it and it was great. You were also a huge help thank you!!! I would definitely come back again!!

Our stay was amazing! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. We were made aware that recent storms had damaged some of the land, and surrounding sight seeing areas. House was comfy, felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings listening to nature, seeing fireflies, and star gazing. We will definitely go back!!

The place was just as beautiful as we had hoped. Right on the river. There are neighbors, but you have privacy and your own dock. I didn’t want to leave! The home itself was so cozy! But you’ll definitely be spending most of your time outside! Would absolutely come back!

Not enough characters available to describe how wonderful this stay was. Casey was very helpful when we had trouble arriving. The location is a perfect escape from the city life, so peaceful and private. Needless to say, if my friends and I were to stay in the area again, this is the home we would stay at!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second stay and we love everything about this spot! It’s a beautiful piece of property with everything you need to sit back and enjoy a weekend away. The host is always incredibly helpful and kind whenever we have had to communicate with them with questions or recommendations. If you’re looking for a place to escape too then you will not be disappointed with this spot! We will certainly be back again as soon as we can!

We had a fantastic time!Everything looked just like the photos. The location is amazing, we went to different springs during the day and cat fished off the dock in the evening. Something to be aware of is the closest store is dollar general and not many places to grab food. We knew that and packed all our food, the kitchen is well stocked and easy to prepare meals there.

An Exceptional Stay on the River! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The host truly went above and beyond — from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything felt a step above the usual. The setting by the river was peaceful and beautiful, and having access to the kayaks was a huge bonus. My family and I had such a great time exploring the water and relaxing in the serene surroundings. It was the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and hospitality. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!
