Our fishing village in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected water roof there is a small sofa. Visit Black beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the cafe. By train from Svarte you will get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen( 60 min)

Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the bathroom cabinet.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The ground floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor is a bathroom and double bedroom. Downstairs, there is sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and to the beach you walk in about 10 minutes.
